Our Power Blast classes are just 30 minutes long – but don’t think that you won’t work hard, because you most certainly will. They’re fun, challenging, and a great short, sharp and highly effective workout choice – you get in, you work hard, you get fit!
Using a Power Bag weight to suit, you’ll work at five varied core exercises in four rounds in intense 50 second bursts, followed by short rest intervals – and you’ll keep a note of your reps so that you can challenge yourself at each stage of every round!
