Hatton Fitness Boxing is designed for all levels of ability and fitness and offers all the fun of training like a boxer – but without the contact!
In our fun and friendly classes, you’ll box in short timed rounds, punching, kicking and using your knees – and by adding in other exercises too, you get a great cardio workout while working your entire body.
In addition to improving your overall fitness, you’ll notice improvements to:
