Beat mid-week fatigue at our Wednesday class and build stamina and strength working with sun salutations, static poses and strong vinyasa flows – finishing with a short meditation.
Join us on Sundays for a balanced yin/yang class. We’ll work through sun salutations and slow vinyasa flows before moving into seated and reclined yin poses, finishing with a short meditation – this class is particularly good for people working on areas of restricted movement.
